Introduction:
The system is composed of three section:input section, sealing
section, output section.This system is controlled by the YASKAWA
servo control system.Achieved various size of rectangular
insulating glass automatic continuously sealing ,high
efficiency,stable quality sealing performance. It has two sets of
independent sealant supply system,which can be switch freely.It can
produce double glazing and triple glazing,meanwhile it can seal the
triple glass’s two space at one time.
Shapes:Semicircle, Rectangle, Trapezium, Straight Edge+ Semicircle,
Polygon and size etc.
Main features:
1 Friendly interface,easy for operation.
2 Stable performance with YASKAWA servo control system.
3 Adopts accurate synchronous belt transmission system to ensure
glass convey stable and clean.
4 This system can be used in triple glazing glass.Firstly it seals
the first space,and then the rubber head will adjust angle to seal
the second space.
5 The system has two sets of independent sealing system to change
the glue easily during the production.
6 This system adopts the thickness detection device and the depth
detection device by high resolution sensor.It can seal the glass
and adjust the volume of the glue automatically.So it can improve
the efficiency of the production.The sealant supply system is from
Taiwan AIRTAC.
7 The rubber head pressing device is used to adjust the pressure of
the rubber head to move the cylinder through the precision
proportional valve, so that the rubber head is more stably adsorbed
on the glass.
8 The rubber centering structure can be adjusted according to the
different glass thickness to ensure the effect of the gluing.
9 Automatically trim the edges with a spatula system,without manual
trimming.The sealing of all edges and corners enriches no air
bubbles,fully coating.
10 The special mixer is equipped and making the black sealant and
white sealant mix well.
11 The cleaning function:when the machine is used long time or
longtime no used,the worker must clean the glue tube to avoid
solidifying the glue tube.When performing the cleaning function, it
will automatically release pressure first, the pressure of the
black glue will be released, the black glue will be prevented from
leaking, and then the mixed glue will be discharged.
12 All components are high standard to be sure that the machine can
be used stable for a long time.
