Automatic Glue Sealing Machinery for Double Glazing Glass-- Insulating Glass Sealant Sealing Robot Line

Introduction

This system is controlled by motion controller, which can achieve the continuity of sealing for various size of insulating glass. It has two sets of independent sealant supplying system for double glazing/triple glazing insulating glass. It can produce double glazing and triple glazing, meanwhile it can seal the triple glass’s two space at one time.

The main feature

1. Sealing glue continuously for various sizes of rectangle insulating glass, and the quality is good.
2. The special “V”synchronous conveyor, ensures the transmition steadily and no pollution.
3. Detecting the size and thickness of the insulating glass automaticlly,adjusting the position of “V”conveyor accuratly and guarantees the same working height.
4. Aiming at system and beautifying angle of glass automatically, ensures the insulating glass more aesthetic.
5. Electric proportional valve regulates the pressure and hydraulic system control the sealant volume accurately.
6. Imported pneumatic motor (Hasco)glue supply system assures the stability of glue supplying.
7. Adopts the CNC seven axis servo control system and man-machine interface operating system.
8. Processing double glass and triple glass.
9. Two groups of glue (polysulfide sealant and silicone sealant) can be exchanged automatically (optional).
10. Equipped with glue quantity warning system, remind to change glue bucket.
