Production Line is a high-efficiency insulating glass processing equipment. This line can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also
for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass
with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation
and maintenance.
Features:
(1) Adopts the PLC to control the working condition,touch screen
and man-machine interface.
(2) Low-e glass automatic diagnosis system
(3) Washing coating glass and low-e glass
(4) Adopts no oil water-proof bearing in the washing section
(5) Conserves energy interrupted type automatic operation system
(6) Produce double glazing, triple glazing and step glazing
(7) Screw ball and synchronous belts provides power for plate press section,able to open the 450mm for maintenance.
(8) Automatic energy-conservation discontinuity working system: the
running section operate in full speed and the other sections that
are not in work will automatically change into intelligent dormancy
state. It saves the energy and decreases the power consumption.
(9) The electical low-voltage apparatus adopted the international famous brand.
(10) It having two kinds of operation model: automatic operation
and manual operation
