Introduction

Automatic Insulating Glass Loading Machine is a patented product which is high degree of automation, saving manpower and improves production security and efficiency. This machine adopts PLC to control servo motor, photoelectric switch detects different glass size automatically. It doesn't need to input glass size manually. It can automatic runs, sucks glass, calculates running distance. When glass shelf is empty, it will give an alarm to remind workers change it.

Main structure

It is composed of PLC control system,machine-head section,transportation section,sucker-structure section,servo drive section,etc;

Main features

1. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC control,10 inches touch screen.the dynamical system adopts 3 servo motor drive,it is easy to operate.the putting way for glass is of common putting,up/down putting;

2. The machine-head automatically goes up to the glass height,if glass size is too small,it is not necessary to go up;the servo motor drives the reduction gear by chain sprocket on the liner track to make the machine head up/down,so that it can accurately the needed height;

3. The transportation section automatically conveys the glass to the center position of sucker support.The servo motor drives the reduction gear by chain sprocket on the liner track to transport the glass to the sucker central position;

4.The sucker support can automatically adjust at up/down by glass's length and width;When glass reaches to the needed position,the assistant bracket goes backward; The two air cylinder drives the four-bar linkage to make the active plate move front/back,so that it can guarantee the parallel synchronicity.

5.The machine can save labor 2-3people,and improve the working efficiency by 2times

6.The sucker up/down, sucker front/back,V belt transportation are drove by servo motor,it can be put at the accurate position;

7.The suckers inhale,stretch,the arms stretch out to reach the given negative pressure,the negative pressure gauge has protective effect,and can avoid the the glass broken in case of the air leakage.
